Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition as received
• Unworn or unused
• With tags
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Requesting a Return

Please contact us at info@fusionmax.com.pk before returning an item. Returns sent without prior communication may be refused. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package. Note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted, and the customer is liable for any damage that occurs during return shipping.

Restocking Fees

Any packages that are refused for any reason and returned to sender will incur a restocking fee.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items. Please note that initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damage Claims

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if the wrong item is sent, contact us immediately. Damage claims for items delivered must be made within 7 days. We are not liable for damages reported after this period.

Exchanges

To secure the item you want, we recommend returning your item first. Once your return is accepted, you can then place a separate order for the new item.

Refund Process

Refunds will only be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, even in cases of delivery delays. All refund situations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

After Return Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Accessories

All accessories included with your order must be returned as well. Customers will be charged for any missing accessories.
